Gradebook Home Access Center (HAC)
Parents -- Our teachers' gradebook software has changed to Teacher Access Center. Parents’ view of grades has changed to Home Access Center (HAC). HAC replaces Edline/Gradequick. Parents and students will access it for information on students. It works best if you have an e-mail address to receive notifications of updates.
We hope to send out accounts and instructions as soon as possible. As our first year on this new system, we look forward to discovering what the program has to offer.
Home Access Center
Home Access Center allows De Queen parents and students to view student registration, scheduling, attendance, assignment, grade information, and more.
The Home Access Software system has been upgraded. For added security you will be prompted to set up 2 security questions. The display of data will appear differently. Tabs across the top have been replaced with an expanded menu tree on the left side of the screen.
There are new features in the “My Alerts” area and “Profile” area on the menu tree. One example of an alert you can set up – is to receive an automatic e-mail alert based on a student’s grade on an assignment that falls below the percent you choose or higher than a certain percent.
Full documentation on how to use these features are explained by clicking on the “help” button on the right side of the screen. Log on to Home Access Center
