In southeast Oklahoma, McCurtain. In northeast Texas, Bowie, Camp, Franklin, Morris, Red River, and Titus. * Through Saturday afternoon * Rain chances will increase overnight ahead of an upper-level disturbance. Locally heavy rainfall is expected across these areas with rainfall totals of up to 5 to 7 inches possible. * Expect flooding of low-lying areas and locations with poor drainage.
